1. Global Web Com Ltd provides on-line advertising products to private and commercial advertisers thereafter referred to as THE ADVERTISER
2. Global Web Com Ltd may offer such advertising through any of their current or future websites, Blogs or Social Media Sites and reserves the right to publish any on-line advertising product selected by THE ADVERTISER on any Website, Blog, or Social Media Site which is deemed appropriate to fulfil and guarantee the best possible result for THE ADVERTISER, and/or is best deemed to fulfil and guarantee the results of on-line advertising in accordance with the individual product descriptions pertaining to individual on-line advertising products.
3. Global Web Com offers a money back guarantee if any of its on-line advertising products does not meet or fulfil the standards as outlined in the individual product description as published on the advertising website of Global Web Com Ltd www.globalwebcom.co.uk and www.yelltrader.net
4. On-line advertising products using the EDITADS system are designed to create Page 1 Google Rankings for a Search Phrase or Search Phrases selected by THE ADVERTISER. Any such Search Phrase or Search Phrases needs to be approved by Global Web Com Ltd. A contract signed by Global Web Com Ltd containing a Search Phrase or Search Phrases selected by THE ADVERTISER is deemed as an acceptance of such Search Phrase or Search Phrases by Global Web Com.
5. Global Web Com Ltd offers all online advertising for full 12 calendar months. In the case of any of the EDITADS advertising products, the first day of any12 month period shall be the date when the advert is fist shown on Page 1 of Google. Global Web Com Ltd has a strict policy of honouring its advertising commitment to THE ADVERTISER, and gives the assurance, that any of the EDITADS products selected by THE ADVERTISER will remain on page 1 of Google for the entire contract duration. Any loss of rankings may not exceed a total of 28 calendar days during the 12 month period. Any loss of Rankings which amounts to more than 28 individual calendar days will be compensated and a proportioned refund will be given to THE ADVERTISER.
6. Global Web Com Ltd cannot be held responsible for the loss of Ranking caused by acts of war, force majeure, or in case Google as a Search Engine ceases to exist during the duration of the advertising contract.
7. “Yelltrader” is not a company. “Yelltrader” exists in name only and is the trading style of a website owned by Global Web Com Ltd. The Terms and Conditions are applicable only to the Services and Products offered by Global Web Com Ltd under the name of "Yelltrader", however the Terms and Conditions of Global Web Com Ltd as shown on the website www.globalwebcom.co.uk shall apply for and cover all the areas of business in relation to "Yelltrader"
8. “Yelltrader” reserves the right to cancel or withdraw form any advertising contract with its clients without prior notice. If no advertising was published at the point of cancellation a full refund will be given. If the advertising was cancelled during the duration of the advertising the refund will be calculated proportionally. “Yelltrader” is not obliged to pay any other form of compensation.
9. “Yelltrader” sells its products in countries outside the UK through self employed agents and does not maintain offices outside the UK. ”Yelltrader” does maintain a postal address in each country it supplies services or products through its self employed Representatives, to ensure that customers have a source of contact within their own country. All products and on line services such as websites, on line adverts etc. are made in and provided from the UK. All Invoices are raised in the UK and sent to the client in their respective country. “Yelltrader” is a trading name and the website “Yelltrader” is owned by Global Web Com Ltd, a company not registered for VAT in the UK and unable to charge VAT on products or services it supplies to its clients.
10. “Yelltrader” sells its products and services in compliance with the guidelines of the Portuguese Tax System relating to the commercial activities of UK registered Ltd companies selling products or services in Portugal through Agents appointed by “Yelltrader” (Global Web Com Ltd)
